Procurement Staff
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:


Support Operation Division and internal customers with just in time & competitive costing from global network vendors and improve all matters related with international logistics (inbound/outbound shipment)
Provide reliable and accountable costing on international logistics for Operation Division and internal customers
Provide improvement on process, database, vendor selection or all matters related international logistics
Negotiate contract or rate agreement with international logistics vendors to achieve competitive rate and term conditions by repetitive or frequent orders
Build and maintain a robust global network with international logistics vendors, to meet customer's expectation on the coverage area and transit time
Perform vendor performance control for international logistics vendor, to deliver reliable and excellence handling of shipment for customers
Ensure all activities with vendors are in line with CKB's code of conduct and procurement policy
Perform other task as required by SPV, Manager or Management
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Must have min. 2 years experience in International Import/Export Administration and/or Logistics, Shipping inbound/outbond freight and scheduling, including experience with custom formalities.
1 Full-Time positions available.
English is a must both oral and written.
